You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item should be in the condition it was received and in the original box and/or packaging. If the item is being returned for reasons such as Buyer’s Remorse, Accidental Order, Cancellation after ship out (and/or after processed), no longer needed/wanted, etc., the buyer will have to bare the return shipping charges. We do not provide inside delivery for any products. We will not accept any return unless we have issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). The RMA# is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The products must be returned with valid tracking number. There will be no guarantee of return if the product is returned without any valid tracking number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is a result of our error (errors include incorrect product, defective, etc.).
