You 'might' receive a message during install about CTL3D.DLL must be installed, and you can ignore this issue unless you having to use the workgroup administrator (User Level Security for Access 97). And if in fact you do require workgroup administrator in Access 97, then you simply have to copy the MS access workgroup administrator file (wrkgadm.exe) and the ctl3d32.dll file from the c:windowssysWoW64 directory to the c:windowssystem32 directory. If it asks if you want to overwrite the ctl3d32.dll file say NO. It's already there.
